Terms of Service | Travel ERP by The Flying Travel

These Terms govern your use of this website and of Travel ERP, provided by The Flying Code ("we", "us"). Last updated: October 2026. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Travel ERP is a cloud-based business management service for travel companies. Features and plans may change over time. Access to a paid or trial workspace is governed by the agreement or order we make with your organisation.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping credentials confidential, and for activity under your account. Your organisation's administrator controls who can access its workspace and with what permissions.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
Do not attempt to access other organisations' data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.
Do not upload malicious code.

4. Your data

Your organisation retains ownership of the data it enters. You grant us the right to host and process that data solely to provide and support the service. You are responsible for having the right to enter any personal data (including travellers' passport details) and for complying with the laws that apply to your business. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees

Fees, billing and payment terms are set out in your plan or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

6. Availability and support

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance and will try to give notice where practical.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the service, its software and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your internal business during your subscription.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, as described in your agreement.
